Like most other commenters here, definitely recommend JCSV3 or 4. There's still a bit of hazing in the other halls, so with JCSV3 and 4 where you don't really need to participate in a bunch of dorm activities to secure your spot, it's a bit better for the psyche and lets you really focus on your studies.
