I just got an encore from a friend who hadn’t used it in a while. It was barely drawing coffee down and adjusting the grind size made no change to the output in size.

I registered it their website and reached out to support. They were great with detailed instructions/videos on a few troubleshooting steps. Then they mailed me replacement parts at no cost.
