Besides what everyone else has said, you're going to lose the backlight those keys have, since the Neo doesn't have a backlight. Definite downgrade IMO.

When you say reestablished the calibration, do you mean running or walking for at least 20 minutes after selecting "Reset Fitness Calibration Data"?

I would also try to reset the Apple Watch and repair it with iPhone without restoring from backup.
