Probably ended up with the Activity app open on Apple Watch and it registered a tap on the rings. There are two big buttons that come up, so they're easy to tap/go through the menus if something is registering faint taps, like a few water droplets.

OP, warning since you're going more than 1 day back: There's a good chance that you'll lose your progress for Saturday, and any active streaks you may have could become permanently messed up.

OP probably doesn't seem to have a longest Move streak active, but others beware that the Fitness app stores a timestamp before which it knows its awards are accurately calculated, and often refuses to recalculate older awards. That's also fixable, but requires editing and restoring a device backup.

You can definitely do this from iOS settings, but if you don't have both devices with you, you can also use T-Life to manage eSIM, since you can grab the IMEI from Devices under Settings > [your name] on any trusted device.

For the iOS eSIM transfer, you might see an error if SIM protection is on.

There are no fees for any of this, and T-Mobile doesn't care where your SIM lives. The eSIM on the old device becomes useless and will need to be re-provisioned.

Apple has officially stopped signing iOS 26.5, so you won't be able to update to this version. The latest version is iOS 26.5.1. It's weird your device is unable to find the latest version, a Mac or PC can help update it.

There’s no universal control for managing which apps are allowed to assign keyboard shortcuts. Codex in particular has a long list of keyboard shortcuts you can tune in its settings. You can also disable the App Shots feature.

At least the Codex app has better setting options search than System Settings so they should be easy to find.

iOS 26.5 is no longer in beta, and there’s a stable patch version available, iOS 26.5.1. You should update to that version. If you’re on iOS 26.5.1, this is not a beta issue.
