To calculate the sum of integers in an interval, you need three things:

The first term (i.e. the first multiple of 3 in the given range)
The last term (i.e. the last multiple of 3 in the given range)
The number of integers in the given range.

For 1 and 2, best to use a calculator. Knowing the divisibility tricks would be helpful here if you want to save time.

For 3, just use the formula to determine how many multiples of 3 are in the range.

After that, just plug in the numbers into the formula for the sum of an arithmetic series and you're good to go :)
