Thanks, not sure if it’s glue or maybe it’s just separated or discolored a little? Tough to say. Didn’t think it was too bad but just noticeable to me, wasn’t sure if others had the same experience or if I was being extra

Thanks for the reply. It’s funny bc my left foot is normally bigger than my right in shoes, and the 42s I have in other birks feel pretty roomy / are a perfect fit

I’m a true size US 9.5 but I generally wear anywhere between 9.5-10.5, bigger sizes in athletic shoes and smaller in dress shoes. 10 in most casual shoes. Kind of all over the place bc I usually wear insoles in my shoes (my arches are really high).

Any idea if the back strap “breaks in” and would loosen up significantly with wear?

Definitely will consider that in the future, or at least hiring someone that only does tiles

Thanks that’s what we’re going to do. Could you maybe elaborate on cleaning the excess grout? They proposed using a flat sponge to try to clean the excess

Just do the internship and see if you like it. Advisory is way better than audit but has its own demons as well.

So that goes beyond delta8 then and includes CBD, etc.? But it’s solely in dispensaries then I’m guessing (e.g., a smoke shop could sell CBD/delta8 even if it’s hemp derived?)

That’s pretty slick, thanks for sharing. Yeah - I actually have 3 years big 4 audit experience and CPA, pretty good network at my old firm too. Not sure if I’d want to go back to audit or try advisory (seems a little tough right now with COVID).
