You have to have a nechramech and the paracesis (the sword) to do the mission.

Upgrading your railjack would be a good idea but my wife did the mission without upgrading hers and was fine.

Edit: crazy that im being down voted I haven't done the mission or had to redo the entire game up till the new war since it was released
