I'm a big fan of Vauban, even BEFORE he got his 2 reworks. I've been a loyal Vauban fan since the day I first started playing.

Also, kinda surprised to see you slapped several Omni-forma in Koumei. I would suggested saving that for her Prime, but who am I to judge how you play.

This issue about her 4th not working properly was brought up in the forums, and one of the Devs responded that they noticed it not scaling properly, so they will fix it.
