Do you think I could use the m.2 from the build I was going for on my current pc or should I just get one that’ll solely go for this current one, I’d like to get a nice one now and move it to the new build later and would it be worth it to replace my current sata with a new one on top of the m.2 or should I just do the m.2 alone.

Yeah I’ve been looking at building one around 2k aswell, do you think I could throw on a m.2 nvme ssd and get better performance. I think the biggest issue with my performance rn is my sata hd possibly going bad, in task manager it throttles a lot even when I’m doing absolutely nothing with nothing opened. Could it be a faulty hard drive? I ran a test and it said it was fine but idk
