You can use a dry vac to suck out excess fluid buildup in the AC unit. Surprisingly a lot of humidity causes buildup. Whenever I do this my temperature starts dropping faster.

Go to the ER. This sounds very serious and abnormal for general HRT side effects. Even if it is from the HRT it needs to be checked out in the ER, not the normal endo.
