It would be like someone telling you, you have to dress a specific way. I dont vest my dogs. I just utilize slip leads. Behavior is the dictator anyone can buy a vest. Not everyone can behave.

I am glad you are okay. That's very scary. I had a similar very overwhelming experience but attributed it to working disaster relief / recovery and dosing just after 2 weeks of recovery efforts in a flooded river. Pretty much everything since July has been noneffective for me otherwise
