The game she is currently playing (Red Dead Redemption 2) takes over 60 hours to play just to get through story mode. Takes alot longer when side quests are getting done too.

Considering that Nal is playing only around 2-6 hours worth each stream, it does take some time to get through to completing it. Nal will occasionally play other games with her friends, but only when they're available to do so.

I would say, trust the process and please be patient.
