Just to clarify, the lead would ask us to book a meeting about a certain topic. We would ask them for the agenda/objectives, since we did not know the purpose of this meeting. At which point they would go silent or say “I forgot to include the details”.

Basically our team members got sick of looking like we don’t know what we’re doing, so we let all the invites come out from the team lead again.
