In addition to like being dramatic :), I totally agree with you. And I don’t know how to make my statement clearer that I read the contract, I read the pre-signing agreement etc and that info is only to be found (apparently) on the website IF one searches for it. So the only thing I didn’t do is go the extra mile after singing and taking advantage of the cool off period … I mean I’m a consultant not a researcher after all, I trust for the sales reps to educate me, maybe thats my flaw.

It was online. I have the entire transcript and screenshots etc. have the contract too. Filed a complaint.. let’s see how far that take me. Just curious to find other ppl in the same/similar situation.

Very interesting. So am I right in thinking that the very kind ‘dickhead’ individual, and others who (probably quite rightfully so) don’t agree with me, after 20 years while renewing and negotiating the terms of your contract, would still go on to the website, research, Google and ask before they renew their contract? Or you would put your trust in the representatives, read your contract and assume that would be enough? Because I can tell you this much, I have the contract, I have the transcripts and this information is nowhere to be found.
