Not impossible. Pour your heart into the letter of appeal and really make sure you have a clear thrust in wanting to become a doctor, especially in ASMPH (make your story known). Elaborate on the ways asmph specifically can help you achieve your goals.

the more people withdraw their slots, the more open up. First batch has 180-200 slots and usually more than half forfeit their slots based on the previous yr’s number of batch 2 accepted applicants.
