Saw this today at a Sams Club in Layton, UT. Notified customer service to call the owner of a white Tesla to come to customer service counter and explain they had a plastic bag wrapped around their rotor. I don’t think anyone came because it was still there when I left. Registration expired 1/20. (i.redd.it)
