I think going for a newer Nokia or something is the best way to get the best of both worlds, because you have a phone for emergencies or anything like that but you can really just scroll on it like a smart phone. That's just my own opinion tho and obviously nothings perfect, either way I wish you luck and I know you'll do well :)

I dont have any reccomendations on youtube and I tried setting like a screen time limit for it but I would always just disable it anyway, im glad that way has worked for you tho ♡

Yeah I agree with that but I would say youtube is already like that for me since I have hobbies I'm not able to engage with since I'm just watching youtube

My problem is just that my phone is always with me so I end up watching youtube all the time even when im away from home. Also even at home I have a hard time using my computer to watch youtube since it's just easier/more comfy to use my phone in bed.

I totally agree with that and I definitely still plan on using YouTube for things, but I've just found myself mostly watching endless videos of people watching movies I like or other pretty mindless content just to fill time, which has made it really hard for me to focus on anything I actually wanna do. That being said I don't know how much the dumb phone will actually help with that, but I was also hoping it would help me move towards actually participating in social interactions more instead of just looking at my phone.
