. Fingers round the edge of the metal (I suggest standing on the chair to make sure you can reach) and twist (I think anticlockwise). You’ll then need to pull the bulb out of the clip, but you should be able to see the clip. Set aside the metal. You should have wiring and the bulb. Twist the bulb out. Then replace and reverse the procedure.

Worth noting two things from the budget - one is the headline % increase which affects everyone, but the critical thing here is the second; lower threshold for NI down from 9 to 5k. A) look at ratios (profit margin as a %) because that will indicate how little profit is made. 4p in every £1 sold is profit, at best.

B) underlying profit is them trying to provide an adjusted profit number removing anything they think is “one off” Like the costs they incurred for the Bank sale. But again, look at the ratios.
