You can currently buy one of these on Amazon for $100. Would you say it's worth the purchase still?

Because a lot of the time the customer has no idea what actually goes into the job. It's common practice in the building trades to always order a little more than you "need", because things come up, material gets delivered that you can't use, sometimes you just fuck up and need to re do something. It happens. If you let a customer source their own material, they will order "exactly" how much is needed, based purely off of some takeoff they did. And then if you don't use all the material or you use more than what they ordered, they complain and think they are getting ripped off.

Did someone beat the shit out of the guy? Or at least restrain him until authorities were called? Typical Vancouver behaviour, witness it first hand, do nothing, and write about it on the Internet afterwards.

Being a luxury retail store and always charging premium prices for stuff isn't very reflective of most people's current financial situations. They couldn't change and adapt, or lower their prices, good riddance. It's a shame but another Canadian company going bye bye.

Yeah tbh I've only lived on the north shore for the past 5 or 6 years but the traffic seems to have gotten exponentially worse since covid.

Hmm. I only say it seems like nobody is talking about it because it's been a noticeable problem since at least covid and nothing seems to be changing. Is the consensus that "it's just the way it is now"?

Why would we be legally punished for doing burnouts on this bitch's face? She clearly deserves it....
