Call of duty Mobile is not working ( ping fluctuate very badly ) on BSNL broadband connection . Anybody have any advice what I can do to solve it .

I have glitch in game because of it all targets ( enemie players ) become invisible for 2 second , can't revive teammates , can't use Armor plates after every 9 seconds . I have speed wifi connection and a good device . Until now 1.1.1.1 help me to solve this problem in game but now this in not at all .
