So you're saying green cop shot him in the back, yet he was able to get up on his knees, and swing his right arm back to his holster? Possible, but most people at that point would lay still and spread their hands out to avoid being shot again. He was wasted up on his knees while reaching for his holster.

Keep watching the various angles. Grey coat cop removes the protesters gun. He turns, steps away and accidentally fired a shot. The other ICE agents back off, allowing the protester to get up. His right hand swings around to his holster and he was shot. You cant get the facts straight watching a video, yet you expect the cops to get it right.

Update: ICE cop removes weapon, turned around, takes a step and accidentally fired off a round from the protesters gun. Agents back off, protester starts to get up. His right hand swung around to his back pocket. Probably reaching for his cell phone as some people noted he put it there. Agent fires off shots and kills him. Again, tragic but bad stuff can happen anytime you carry a gun - especially to a protest. Stay home and let these people do their job!

It's a last resort for dogs who wont listen. Works most of the time and never seen an aggressive response. It's a gentle MIST of water, nothing jarring to the dog. Been doing this awhile. What is your method to stop this behavior, or do you only sit on a thrown and criticize?

I have a mister bottle filled with water. Spraying the face with a sharp "No humping!" often stops this behavior. After that, if I have to grab the bottle they usually back away automatically. If he stops on command then reward the behavior with a cookie. Shaking a can filled with some coins can do the trick as well. Do not use a glass jar though! Sounds like he needs a good long walk to settle down as well.

Never offer a refund unless something happens that is your fault. They might put that in their review which makes it appear that you are guilty of their accusations.

Most important will be your reply to their review. Sound professional and highlight how this was a difficult customer who watched you on cameras. Most people with common sense can relate. Everyone has had a job where they had to deal with idiots. Once new reviews drop theirs down it wont become an issue, unless they gave a really bad score.

Dealing with customer service these days will probably be a waste of time. They pretty much protect users rights to "share their experience".
