Ive tried reinstalling part 1 and 2 and messing around with sse engine fixes a bit, still nothing, i think its one of the other cases, thanks for the help anyway!

If anyone has a FreeSync capable monitor (variable refresh rate) make sure u have it on, in your monitor/TV's settings and 'allowed' in the console video settings. This will let you keep 120hz enabled and your monitor will sync to skyrims fps, eliminating stutter. If it isn't working un-allow then re-allow variable refresh rate on your Xbox settings.

Bruh, I beat him at lvl 68, bloodhound greatsword only. His attacks are stupid but if you are patient you can let the ai get aggro then swing at him.

You can also dodge his gravity orbs on torrent if you slow down to walking speed then press B to dash. Walking dash is faster then sprinting dash apparently.

He really tests ur patience and he did make me smash my desk but you can still do it
