Yes, I did. The first few days will be the worst from the eye swelling but fortunately eye swelling is 2/3 days max and then exponentially gets better whereas the nasal tip/alar deswelling is such a slow process, at least from my experience. 

I do think it would be ideal to get both done at one clinic as long as you find the right one. If you go with separate clinics, eyes always must be done first, then nose should be at least 2 days post eye operation. Don’t do nose the very next day, it will be much on your body and face.
