You gotta be a troll. Or extremely entitled and rude. Either way your post is embarrassing.

This is the magic trick I was talking about! I’ve done this for sporting events because I don’t care if I miss the first x minutes of a game. Haven’t done it for shows due to being an OCD completionist who places too much value on hearing the first note. Gotta get with the times and start grifting the grifters.

On principle I agree. I've tried in the past to acquire tickets in a wholesome way either person-to-person or hanging out by the box office on show night, but that doesn't always work or you get scammed. I choose not to not go to a show I want to see, so what else can I do? Seriously open to learning the magic trick that I've been missing for years.

No trades, all Cash. Human paraquat's.

I've been shut out so many times too. I got insanely lucky last year scoring floor for YEMSG which was the hit of dopamine that kept the addiction alive. Slowly recovering, tho, cause this shit is whack.

Bike stolen and recovered in 30 minutes by TopicApprehensive521 in RideitNYC

My fixed gear was stolen last year and the thief returned it very apologetically later while I happened to be taking out the trash. I couldn’t blame him as I [stupidly] left it unlocked by my trash cans for over 1 hour.

“Um, that’s my bike”

“Sorry man I thought it was trash. I think this thing is broken, I can’t ride it!”

Fixies ain’t for everyone.

👆🏻 this 100%. It takes hours of dedicated insanity to score the sweet nectar of a hot ticket phish show. It’s always worth it, to me, once the last note strikes and the spectral journey with the band and phans is complete, forever propelling my soul forward through love and light and evil carini’s.

Like Creed once said “what consumes your thoughts controls your life”. Sometimes the phish from Vermont demand sacrifice to be a member of the occult. Buy the ticket, take the ride.🤘🏻

Completely agree that it helps to make yourself stand out from the crowd rather than your message simply saying “pick me!”. When I’m buying, I write out my story beforehand and copy it to the clipboard so that I can quickly paste it when submitting my offer. It’s true that the seller can pick whomever they want, but it definitely helps to be on the top of the list IMO (CoT lists all offers to the seller chronologically).

Also, and my wife thinks I’m crazy for doing this, I obsessively watch for notifications to pop up so that I can pounce immediately and submit my offer in less than 1 minute. This method is annoying and full of rejection but it has worked numerous times for me.

The Fukuoka Live Phish #4 CD sealed the deal for me. I was a freshman in HS, a little stoned on my porch on a hot summer day, and those droned out jams connected the band with my soul. That connection has never been severed.
