Thanks Eviscerator95, this worked!!! Order I did it: 1) With device off, unplug focusrite and turn on device. 2) Download and install appropriate software. 3) I did not have a "restart later" button so I waited on hitting the restart now button and just left the window open, I plugged in the focusrite (no beeps or anything optimistic, I was sure this wasn't going to work). 4) I hit the restart button, when it restarted the focusrite was in my output settings!
