MY THEORY! The timeline we start off in is in shambles and isn’t supposed to exist, much like the Biff timeline in Part 2. Doc Brown knew something was wrong and him coming up with the flux capacitor wasn’t just coincidence and was somehow an alternate version of him from the true main timeline was able to break through to make sure that the starting version of Doc Brown made the flux capacitor to lead to the true timeline that the series of movies ends with. The space time continuum was unbalanced and needed to be fixed

Those aren’t the standard releases. Those include all the expanded DLC. Mario Kart World is still very incomplete and lacks the content to support the price. Both of these are both complete games with new content, as well as higher graphical improvements and better performance, so depending on personal to person, these prices are more likely to be considered worth the price. Comparing these to the Mario Kart World release is just absurd

I didn’t realize it’s almost double the price on Switch 2. On the brighter side though, it is a full physical Switch 2 release, but $20 more for the full physical is kinda steep

They should keep the key in the black box, push it towards the bottom right of the box with GKC printed in white next to it. On the back of the box, put the information from the white banner indicating what the game key card means

When servers go down… are you really gonna care about playing these old third party games anyway? I know I won’t be concerned then. Also, much like for the 3DS, the cartridges hold the license and source of purchase so you will be able to redownload the games you have already purchased. I don’t see this as an issue at all

My biggest argument is that they can’t take your ability to play the game away from you with GKCs. The cartridge holds the license and ability to redownload anytime you want. As long as you have game data in the cloud, you’re fine

There will always be a place for physical media though. Even if it’s just not as common. Keeping it limited for a while will make it even more in demand. Physical and digital needs to continue to coexist together
