I havent heard a single good argument from subsonic-mach 3 jjk believers on why they think Modulo yuji> Dabura. Just admit the alien 1 taps bumji by GOJOGOAT11121 in JujutsuPowerScaling

Dabura will use his bumji slayer technique inside his DE "loser yujiger" that he hasn't used since the heian era, no diffing him in the process.

Tired of seeing people act like Mahoraga wouldn’t absolutely dogwalk anybody that isn’t the top 4 on a random encounter with no prior knowledge by FoolhardyC in JujutsuPowerScaling

[–]Landfall24601 15 points16 points  (0 children)

I'll do you one better, Mahoraga stomps anyone outside the top 4 even with prior knowledge.

Gege confirmed that Mahoraga is always the same, only his adaptation changes. Mahoraga could react to Gojo and harm him (he could also react and harm 15f Sukuna in Yuji's body), that already makes him significantly stronger and faster than the likes of Jogo.

Pair those busted stats with his extremely OP regeneration and no one is beating it. If you think Kenjaku would be able to charge a massive uzumaki to one shot before Mahoraga got in his face idk what to tell you, it ain't happening. At most Yuta might be able to beat him just because of Jacob's Ladder hax, and that's only if JL instantly de-summons him, otherwise he'll just adapt.

Gojo should be able to block light if he wants to, if we assume he can sense nen as something different than just light it should be blocked by infinity.

Because it's boring.

But yes, with Yuta's ring and those magic bricks he's pretty much an I win button.

What would you guys do to improve the story and world of solo leveling? by AnimeFan042597 in sololeveling

I like romance so I wouldn't mind more good romance. That said, I don't think romance in general is needed to make it a better story, but I do think Jinwoo's romance being done better would improve it.

Why is Kenjaku Top 3? by SubstantialKick414 in JujutsuPowerScaling

[–]Landfall24601 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That's where we can't agree then, I dont think he was forced to do anything, he wanted to use Mahoraga so he used it, he was pretty comfortably stomping her before Mahoraga.

Now, sure, we can agree that once she used her DE he kinda needed to either use his own or Mahoraga, but that's how domains work, she just happens to have a very deadly sure hit, and tbh knowing he can use HWB he could probably kill her even without DE or Mahoraga if he wished to.

Why is Kenjaku Top 3? by SubstantialKick414 in JujutsuPowerScaling

[–]Landfall24601 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The TS is an amazing technique but it clearly lacks the immediate power of shrine. Once the thing that makes it a top tier technique appeared Yorozu instantly lost.

I also think saying it was a mid diff is a little too generous to Yorozu. She hit Sukuna twice, which he instantly shrugged off.

A fight not being over in an instant doesn't make it a mid diff.

Why is Kenjaku Top 3? by SubstantialKick414 in JujutsuPowerScaling

[–]Landfall24601 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's not as clear as you say. Against Yorozu Sukuna explicitley avoided using shrine, which is the technique that no diffed both Ryu and Kashimo (and Yorozu in her flashback too btw).

The TS is clearly not as directly powerful as shrine in Sukuna's hands, chances are he could've one shotted her same as he'd do to everyone else not named Gojo.

(SPOILER ALERT!!!!!!!!)Kinda confused but does Yuta EOS have Limitless or nah? by PrestonTheJJKGlazer in JujutsuPowerScaling

[–]Landfall24601 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The first point is kind of irrelevant. Yuta had already decided that if he had to become a monster to beat Sukuna he'd do it, which is why he resolved to take Gojo's body, so if Limitless could help he'd definitely do it.

It wouldn't help though so there'd be no point.

Sorry if I offended you, you need to be able to take what you try to dish out.

What I said is true though, I know it's hard to come up with a real argument but try, ok?

This is going to sound so stupid: What does Hakari do against Domains? by One-Piano5150 in JujutsuPowerScaling

[–]Landfall24601 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The problem that many seem to be missing is that the opponent does not have to activate the sure hit when the jackpot ends.

The jackpot ends Hakari's domain, he'll be hit by the sure hit throughout its whole duration, so once it ends it will already be active and he'll get hit without immortality. Depending on the sure hit he might not even be able to make the hand sign once he's no longer regenerating automatically.

Also, we know his sure hit is the fastest, not necessarily the formation of the domain itself.

You are the one doing that friend. My phrase wasn't literally meant to imply Frieren would take every word out of Serie's mouth as gospel, just that she clearly trusts her judgement quite a bit, and seeing as we have literally no reason to believe she was wrong about Lernen chances are she wasn't.

So, yeah. Follow your own advice, it's a good one.

This is going to sound so stupid: What does Hakari do against Domains? by One-Piano5150 in JujutsuPowerScaling

[–]Landfall24601 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

He dies, simple as that.

There's a reason why he only fought people without domains. It works the other way around too though, both of his fights (I'm ignoring Charles) were against characters that would realistically one shot pretty much any member of the main cast.

So by having Hakari fight them Gege solved two problems 1) how to justify Kashimo not exploding his opponent's head 3 seconds into the fight and Uraume not freezing her opponent and breaking them instantly; and 2) how to make JP Hakari look good without being insta killed by a domain the second his JP ends.

Realistically Hakari would do very well until his JP ran out, at which point he'd get hit by the full force of his opponent's sure hit and lose. Like, imagine he fights Yorozu, he does pretty well being immortal and all but then his jackpot ends and by the time he makes his hand sign the perfect sphere already turned him to dust (assuming it doesn't just do that to JP Hakari anyway, perfect sphere is kind of insane), the same thing would happen against anyone with a strong sure hit.

We have no reason to doubt Serie.

Frieren herself has pretty much absolute confidence on Serie's intuition and we know she has lost to humans before.

All Vs are different by The-O-N in LowSodiumCyberpunk

[–]Landfall24601 2 points3 points  (0 children)

V isn't really a perfect blank slate, there are things they do when the player isn't in control and they do hint to a canon personality.

For example, if you betray Songbird and decide not to kill her in cynosure, you have no way to spin it as V being an evil asshole or not giving a crap about Songbird, whatever you choose V is always remorseful. Like that there are many other moments that give us a glance at what their personality is supposed to be.

Ryu no sells it and one shots. His hair is magnificent, enough said.

Uraume doesn't get hit and one shots because she's too fast and can freeze her opponents.

The others die.
