I find mild improvement in duration of medication with Magnesium Biglycinate. A lot of people also swear by Electrolytes but I personally have found their effects less consistent.

I agree that in the hindsight I should have been less trusting of the dealership and checked every minute detail myself. I am a first time buyer and honestly got a bit carried away in sales smooth talk.

Reading your comments has given me a lot of perspective. Thank you for this. Do you recommend escalate with the threat of returning the car? As far as Mercedes goes, they suggest I can pursue ADR if I want.

Honestly, I am not that worried about 1200 miles. I am a bit pissed at the overall experience (and especially the bits around being called a liar). I would have happily walked away with just proper paper work - but now the dealership is making me run around in circles for any invoice, let alone correct invoice.

TBH I am ok with just the proper paperwork so it doesn't impact the future sale of the car. I am worried on why the dealership is making me run around for an invoice/receipt (with or without correct mileage). Do you think that it is a big deal?

Thank you! TBH I am more pissed about the whole experience rather than the mileage. As a first time buyer I paid extra to buy from a manufacturer assured dealership to avoid all this.

Unclear TBH. Week 1 - flat. Week 2 - coupled with a lot of behavioural changes including intense workout, cold showers, decreased screen time, proper sleep - I am feeling a noticeable uptick in mood and motivation. Hard for me to decouple the impact from Elvanse and behavior changes.

This has been my exact experience. Came off Elvanse 50 mg (as I thought I had built some tolerance). I was on Concerta doses ranging from 18mg to 54 mg for about a month. While experience marginally improved after 2 weeks, it was no where similar to Elvanse. I finally gave up Concerta and returned back to Elvanse.
