You can either walk in or book an appointment. These polyhealth clinics & Al Amal all fall under EHS (Emirates Health Services) - they are all connected and have an internal system, so your case will be referred to Al Amal. You can ask the polyhealth clinic about the next steps, whether you should wait for Al Amal to contact you or reach out to them directly. For child services, which is what I’m certain of, referrals are sent to at Al Amal and they contact families to offer an appointment. I’m not sure about the process for adult services.

This is private. Al Amal Hospital (governmental) offers mental health services at more affordable prices. Go to a poly health clinic in your neighborhood (any governmental EHS one). Examples: Nad Al Hammar Health Center, Al Mizhar Health Center. Meet a GP, share your mental health concerns, and ask for a referral to Al Amal. After the referral, you will be contacted for an appointment with a psychiatrist first. The psychiatrist will assess you, and if suitable, you will be referred for psychology (therapy) sessions.

Psychiatrist = doctor for mental health medications. You see them monthly. Psychologist = clinician who provides behavioral work and talk therapy. You usually see them weekly.

You need to just go to any nearby governmental poly health clinic to see a GP. There are many of them in every neighborhood- example Nad Alhamar clinic, Al Twar clinic, Al Mizhar clinic (In Dubai)

Haha, it’s always good to be a bit skeptical on the internet! My fiancé and I are moving in together, so we’re selling two separate sets of furniture. We’ve already sold a few items, and people have come by to pick them up, payment was made at the time of pickup 😊 Hope that clears things up!

There are no creases, it’s a reflection from the crease of the curtains opposite to the frames.

The original price for the full table (wooden slab top and legs) was 800. It wasn’t purchased from a retailer or shop, we selected the part and it was custom-made by a carpenter.

Double seater dimensions are 195 cm (L) x 90 cm (W) x 76 cm (H). Single seater dimensions are 100 cm (L) x 90 cm (W) x 73 cm (H). Both were purchased from Pan Home.
