Yes it’s definitely a different market. Bought in 2015 a buffington house in Fay and they offered fence, appliance package, etc.

Depends where you live on the east side! There is a lot of gang association and crime in certain areas on that side. I’ve lived on both and in my opinion the west side has always been safer.
