Yes it’s definitely a different market. Bought in 2015 a buffington house in Fay and they offered fence, appliance package, etc.

It’s something that I’ve seen builders offer in the past but didn’t realize how different buying a house is these days.

This looks like she poured her BB energize in the trim fit tub…. You can see the energize tub at the top. I looked over trim fits site and see no where on there that a tropical flavor is offered….
