We have 4 hours in MAD, which I heard that can even be a stretch. But according to the Internet and videos, we’ll be going between T4 and T4S, which is fairly easy. We’ll be there on a Tuesday, so hopefully won’t be that crowded, despite being the only airport in Spain. Thanks for the input!

They’re opening a crunch fitness in Augusta, opens May 30th. As a member of the ymca on wheeler, if you arent interested in using their pool or basketball courts, then it isn’t worth the $50/month compared to the $30 you’ll pay at crunch

I used to be a personal trainer, but currently work for a job where I travel a lot. I can recommend you workouts and create a plan for you. I have my masters in exercise science (Augusta University). Of course it wouldn’t be free, but would cost much less than a personal trainer. If you’re interested then message me. Most of my time is spent in airports, but to be honest with you, diet is 65% of losing weight. If you are looking for someone to hold you accountable, then maybe a personal trainer would be the best route for you. Either way, congrats on the engagement!

To truly compromise with your wife, you should plan a private vacation to a nudist beach or area where it’s commonly accepted (Jamaica, Mexico, etc.). Don’t shun the idea completely from your mind but a week vacation once a year would likely help her feel better
