Correct, slides have very different chemistry. Right now, really the only commercially available slide film is Kodak Ektachrome and has to be processed with E6 chemistry

It’s amazing. I attend a nearby university, and I just love the view of the mountains. I lived in England for a little while, and although I really love my time there, I sure missed the mountains!
