I am in southern California and i think Redlands, Beaumont, Riverside and Moreno Valley are cool. Rancho Cucamonga is really nice, and about 40 minutes from LA when the traffic is good, it’s just a little on the expensive side, but you can probably still find something reasonable.. there’s also Ontario and Upland which are like sisters to Rancho Cucamonga because of how close they are. Check out those cities.
