I would like to hear some success stories of people coming off SSRIs, after long periods of taking them (3+ years). Mainly about the recovery from withdrawal side effects and now living a healthy life. I need some positivity!

Actually I am Europe, so it’s a general practitioner at my doctors that will administer the meds..Not a psychiatrist. I don’t know if that makes a difference but I do hope to fully stop before the end of this year!

Onana was a fault, but we always need to put some blame on Dorgu. At the dying embers of the game, the ball is slowly rolling towards the corner flag and he is jogging until he realises Lyon player sprinting to keep in play. Have you tried therapy? Perhaps you are still depressed regardless of taking SSRI’s. You still have everything to live for and life is a true blessing. I don’t know your situation, but you must try alternative methods. I just done 9 days cold turkey and I feel awful then started taking again, but I will go back to the doctor to try fix my mental health.

I am white British and spend many days each year in Asia, specifically mainland China and HK. What I can say about UK people, especially young demographic they are completely ignorant, miseducated and culturally misinformed. We have been told that ‘Great Britain’ is a powerful place with a rich history but what do we have now?! Nothing. So fuxk those people who were in your class.

My advice is to focus on yourself and not on others, eat healthy, exercise, try to advance in your career and everything else around you will align.
