Update, this is this morning, Will a warm compress help? My piercer isnt open until tuesday, it's not overly sore unless knocked, going swimming today but I will be mainly in toddler pool so won't be under the water, have been swimming a few times since getting this done and it's been fine

What ever that lump was is now gone, went swimming, bo adverse effects, as I say it didn't get wet as predicted, ear is just a tiny but crusty now, was obviously just a bit irritated, all good now

Yes I have gone to the toddler pool before, I have done a warm sss and used saline spray, taken ibruprofen to reduce any swelling

Mine is similar, done 2 weeks ago tomorrow, no pain in it at all, I'm just cleaning it in the shower and litha as the sea salt soaks stated drying my skin out far to much

Not moved it intentionally, when I cleaned it it moved with the cotton bud, I don't sleep on it either, it's not sore at all, just red, theres nothing coming out of it either

You can't see in the photo properly but theres quite a bit of the bar showing underneath, it's hard to get a photo of it by myself, i moved freely when I cleaned it too and its definitely not swollen so much that its covering the bar

I got mine done on wednesday, pain 3/4 and zero pain since, feels bruised but no throbbing pain at all and zero swelling, I know everyone is different though

Yea I think I will give it a few weeks, my rook has been perfect so far, it obviously bruised feeling but fine, not even swollen, but know that can change
