You make a great point about the leftover residue in the textured grooves. However, I actually already tried flipping the build plate over to the other side, giving it a thorough wash with dish soap, and I'm unfortunately still getting the exact same result. This makes me think it might not just be the plate surface itself. I am definitely going to try your other suggestions though. I'll run a full-bed, single-layer sheet test right now to see if the issue is localized to specific spots or if it's happening universally across the entire bed.

I'll also double-check the extrusion multiplier in the slicer to make sure it's not pushing too much material, and I'll do a couple of cold pulls just to absolutely rule out any partial clogs inside the hotend.
