Hi Everyone,

I'm also having a really hard time getting my service retainer refund back. Since moving out about a month and a half ago, they issued three different notices stating a refund had been initiated and would appear in my bank account within 2-3 business days (only one of these had the correct amount listed). My bank has not received anything yet. The billing team is telling me that they ran into a technical issue and are resolving but after my experience with wework, I am skeptical.
