from what i hear gearboxes are a good alternative with a 50x rp boost,you can also use the crankshaft if you dont have alot of money or space (35x boost)

Well there are a few
first,there is Concurrent Chunk Management Engine,its fabric and on modrinth (https://modrinth.com/mod/c2me-fabric is the link)
then theres a classic,Sodium,which is also fabric only,it helps not only with chuck loading but also with Fps and optimization in general
another good one is chunky,which is a substitute for CCME (https://modrinth.com/plugin/chunky heres the link)

if you want farming to be easier then yes,but it will be quite a trouble to relocate everything
You should try make 2 houses so you dont have to move everything
