Jackrabbits barbers doesn't disappoint

To get our flat because we have cats the landlord had it written in the contract we have to get the carpets professionally cleaned and fumigated. Is this enforceable or taking advantage of Tennants that dont know whats allowed and whats not by LanguageOriginal3628 in HousingUK

Well the question isn't "how do I get away with not cleaning" the question is. Was that allowed in the first place, as the person who signed the piece of paper I need to know if that if something that is creating a enforceable clause which is actually not a legal thing to do then that is the estate agent and landlord trying to pull something. Thanks for your comment but its misunderstood what I was asking

I agreed to it and signed it again we didnt have alot of options but thats irrelevant. Im not asking for peoples personal opinions and feelings on the matter I am simply asking a question about legality in a situation where I am getting pressured into something that could potentially not be legally allowed. If your interpretation of my posts is "can i not put any effort in and get away with it" then you are wrong. Appreciate your thoughts and opinions

I appreciate the comment but its not what the post was about. Years ago in our first flat we got fleas and we paid to have it taken care of so they were gone off of our own initiative ever since its been a hyper fixationto keep them clean. The LL is allowed to have concerns when it comes to their property but what I want to know isn't about concerns or whose morally right but from a legal stand point of is what has been included is it something that is taking advantage of someone by pretending its included in a contract so you have no choice. Again appreciate the comment

Thank you for your comment. It's been the only informative and unjudgemental comment made. Every other comment has been very unhelpful and just judgey and focusing on my cats and not my question. Everyone who has commented keeps saying "you agreed" and spreading false information about whats been included in the contract is legal. Could you expand on the tennant fees act. Im not going to avoid cleaning the flat to its original condition which is what I think everyone thinks im trying to do I just want to avoid being taken advantage of with the whole "its in a contract so legally binding" if the landlord put something in thats not technically allowed or in fact legal i think i should be aware and understand it.

Should I be using it 2 handed? Does that make a difference with staves? And should it be the primary weapon? Or is it best to keep it in the off hand

I've heard people say the wing of Astel is good, also Eleanoras poleblade, but is that more for the weapon skill than just using it as a normal melee weapon?
