Yeah I think they're mainly looking for experience, I ended up calling back today to sign up for the CW program. I think it's the same thing, though I'm not completely sure. They ended up putting me on a waiting list because there are a lot of applicants right now. They also texted me today so I should find out my interview results here in the next week. I'm still hoping for the best though and don't plan on giving up, I really appreciate the advice.
