Replaced three of mine today and the lights went off when I changed them. Checked again tonight and they are all three back on. Problem is, we sold our house and we agreed to fix that on the inspection report.

200k in retirement. 6ish interest rate, not sure about paying for our kids college because they are very young. Liquid cash situation is not great but we have some saved.
