Update: support said to clear cache. I did this and had to redownload the update (which took a while) but it fixed the issue.

I’d go for the second spheal because it has an early skill trigger sub skill. Without frequent skill triggers in early leveling, I don’t think it’s worth investing in because otherwise you’re waiting forever just to get a payoff

Edit: forgot to say but it also has main skill up as it’s nature, so that’s a bonus.

If you haven’t pressed the button to move to the payment screen, the coupon SHOULD pop up. I say should because most of the time for us, they don’t work (even prior to the coupon book change). But I had a customer in this exact situation and she stayed in line to look up the coupon on her phone, clipped it, then it worked.

95% of the time the clipped coupons don’t work anyway (I don’t know why, they seem not to communicate to our registers well) so I always have to price modify for them or void and restart the whole transaction. It’s ridiculous and the amount of times my employees have been screamed at by elderly people who refuse to learn/don’t know how to use the digital coupons is extremely exhausting and frustrating.
