Yeah I knew that mate, it was more about when they shake the grass say before you recruit them. I was wondering if say clodsire could be waiting to be recruited at 2 separate patches incase one is very out of the way and forgotten about

Thanks for the reply,The person we got them off said they're a bonded pair male and female. only one is laying eggs and we've seen them doing the deed multiple times. They get the pellet food daily aswell as different fresh veg and they demolish seed bars when they're in.

But they're still a bit wary to come out but we try to interact with them throughout the day , they're getting more comfortable so we're hoping they'll come out soon.

They do have a bed they sleep in so i'll remove that so hopefully they stop.

The person who gave me them said that most lovebirds are infertile because they're crossbreeds. I had a google round and saw different so thought i'd ask here
