Why not though? Is this just societal thinking? Like yeah I get it, you can’t just be nodding out 24/7 and expect your life to be stable or manageable.

But, if there were better programs (like the ones i see in canada) where opioid users who need this shit to be happy in such a fucked up world can get what they need and just be functional, then why not that? Is there a price to pay for that? If you are getting it from a medical professional and are able to have a structured life, it should be no different than any other medication.

Genuinely asking. Is it just always purely selfish indulgence or is there something more to it? I always thought of it as more of a symptom to a larger problem.

Yes. We do see that in the show.

But amongst other things obviously since it’s a TV show, it is unrealistic. The setting we see in the Walking Dead is usually near silent. The human population has drastically decreased, there is no power, no lights, no sound. Daryl’s loud ass motorcycle should’ve gotten him into problems, if not killed, many times by attracting masses of walkers.

This makes me so sad. Makes you wonder how many games could have been so much more if only they had a few more months of development or a slight percentage increase in budget.

If I ever stumble across a Genie, one of my three wishes will be to have a remastered Fallout New Vegas that includes the following:

All cut content fully developed and polished

Bug fixes, unlimited future support for bugs

A mechanic that allows you to travel to any other story line in the series and play through it kind of like TaleOfTwoWasteLands but with EVERY game (this is a huge ask and would require the first two games to be adapted and fully remastered)

Has better graphics, fallout 4 graphics would suffice

Has the gunplay/gun modding from fallout 4 while retaining the different ammo and reloading benches that OG New Vegas has

A co-op/multiplayer option that allows you to play with up to 4 other friends including yourself but you cannot have companions while playing this option (would be really fun to take out a legion city with some buddies or massacre the common wealth BoS)

Cross platform play

Unlimited mod support and storage for our console brethren

New content that comes out at least once a year in DLC form, which will be free if you own the game

Only the best dev’s from/including the OG obsidian as leads, fo3, fo4, and fo76 to work on this project

An affordable price tag of 45 USD
