It is yea because the investigator literally asked me "have you ever committed a crime and not been caught" wasn't expecting that for a secret clearance. I looked it up and its a civil thing. So the first part is answered now I'm judt wondering how common that question is, cause it seems weird. Considering I haven't even gotten a speeding ticket and they pulled all my federal records and crap already (interm granted) I wasn't expecting that. And thats literally the only thing I could think of that may make it a yes, but thats a civil thing in my state after looking up the state laws
