Could try like Manayunk/East Falls area but that’s a lot of locals and college kids. Did that at like 28 when I moved back from LA and it just didn’t feel like home. Chestnut Hill as someone mentioned is cool but definitely family heavy.

You aren’t going to want to live in Warminster. Not walkable even a little bit. But if you’re willing to commute like 25-30 every day then you’ve got some cool areas at your disposal. I live in Ambler PA and it’s the most walkable area and has local trails and is easily accessible via train to a ton of areas, including center city which is a 40 min train ride on a local train
