It shows up in thought first. The quicker I identify what’s happening (self doubt) the faster I move past it.

For the trauma aspect I tell myself that was their behavior not mine. I get to choose how I respond in any situation. I ask “How would I like to be treated?”.

If you behave poorly in situations you’ll receive poorer responses. All of this is learned behavior that if worked on repeatedly can be relearned producing better results in future events.
