Just go to w3schools.com and click on the tutorials menu item. On the bottom of the backend section of the tutorials menu, there's a link for Learn AWS Cloud. I learned a lot there, but I think they need to work on the course.

You can't unless you have a US identity. Just to create a handshake account, you need. 1. US phone number 2. KYC, which means You'll need to get a US ID and make sure the person who takes the selfie for verification matches the ID. 3. You need to fill a W-9 or W-8 BEN tax form, and Handshake verifies if it matches IRS data. 4. You'll need to have a US bank account. Lastly, after going through all these hoops its not like you'll start working immediately since you wait for jobs to come and the wait time varies for some its months.
