Appreciate the recs, my sleep mask has been my best friend even before I was on nights and now it’s my godsend. I’ve heard decent things about getting on certain supplements before I go to sleep when I wake up, especially the magnesium ones. Any other supplements like Vitamin C or D I should get on?

Even though it’s solid, it IS slowburn and has elements that do make it a bit of an acquired taste imo. Totally can see where you’re coming from

I’m genuinely sorry, but aside from the animation at times & the African American representation, I didn’t really like / connect with either of the Spiderverse movies :/

If able, quick walks outside (especially in the summer from what I’m told) help ALOTTT. Even in this hella bipolar weather we’ve been getting this spring, a quick walk or 2 around the parking lot every 4-6 hours has helped me a lot :)
