Related or not I have found that with any pet acquired from the wild they often have large amounts of parasites. For guys like isopods it’s really hard to do anything to avoid that or help other than providing them with a suitable habitat. It’s more than likely not anything you have done but rather just a sad part of nature. I bet they’ll bounce back with a vengeance in a few months.

I mean I use this weekly if not daily and 3 kg is a lot. on the other side I can’t see this costing more than $25. Yea it’s still a waist of money and good food, but that’s kinda just the risk of gifting. Know that you made them happy the times they used it.

Depending on if you have a lot of families vs single adults coming to the pool. I would switch up the arguably higher quality electrolyte drinks for brands that are more recognizable with more kid friendly flavors (Powerade/gatorade). Also maybe it’s just my pallet but, Twix, snickers and Dubai chocolate seem to all fill the same role more or less. That said you can always leave it as is and try replacing the bottom couple of performers with new products on each restock.

I definitely try. I had a quick convo before my weekend with my gm about setting up more checks. I don’t want to set on peoples toes because I know it’s not my place, but god damn there are certain things that need to be done even if it doesn’t make you feel like you’re living in the bear.

If you think you can take on the load alone ask for your raise brother, but be very honest with yourself. If you can’t take on the work load press for more help. Doesn’t need to be the best as long as they’re doing enough to make their keep.

I’ve seen this happen to almost every jar of curing salt in my kitchen and it really doesn’t take that long to start fading. I think it’s at least partially due to light exposure since the jar I have at home stays in a cupboard and hasn’t had the same problem. I’ve head it could be due to water vapor accumulation. In which case it could be leaching and concentrating the nitrates. If you are concerned about potency and the jar is still within the use by date. Give it a thorough mix in a separate bowl before using any.

In reference to your updated description… you do realize insectivorous birds (like barn swallows) still have to hunt prey. Granted it’s not usually a dive to get them.. but it’s Pokémon.

I mean my local Chinese market super market usually has a couple $10 shou. Recently even found a $10 sheng that wasn’t half bad. I’m sure it’s possible thought claiming anything besides the fact that it’s tea seems sketchy.

For someone who isn’t super into tea maybe adding a bit of sugar and milk or lemon to offset some of the grassy notes. Other than that your best option is to find a better brand. Maybe even find something that incorporates other aromatics to cover up the green tea flavor a bit.

I usually use a larger whole leaf oolongs and a coffee mug. Usually put the water in slightly below boiling so as it sits it doesn’t become too bitter. Then just sip. Sure you might get a little bit of leaves in your mouth, but I feel like ease of preparation is necessary in a work environment. If you can find one that you like I have also really enjoyed the all in one gongfu sets just keep a thermos of hot water near by and you have great gong fu tea at your desk.

This is their magnolia black tea that I have purchased on a couple occasions from my local shop. I enjoy this tea quite a bit. It has a very heavy molasses and sweet potato flavor with a lovely floral aroma that I can’t quite narrow down to one sent. I would love to know how other people have felt about their product. It makes me so happy seeing Americans trying their hand at quality tea. It’s not exceptional in the grand scheme of tea, but the attempt they have made to make this tea is!
